Service Description

When arriving at Regus House, please ask for Stephen G. Thomas at reception and staff will direct you to my waiting area. If nobody is present at reception, please take the lift to the second floor and wait at the seating area outside the elevator for me to come and get you. Please arrive in reception five minutes before your session start time. Metered parking is available outside Regus House or at the nearby Cardiff Bay Q-Park. *If you suspect you have Covid19 symptoms, please do not attend a face-to-face session and attend via Skype instead. I reserve the right to refuse access or stop an in-person session if I suspect a client has Covid19 symptoms. I also reserve the right to switch to online working with immediate effect if I suspect I may have Covid19 symptoms.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of your appointment / forfeit the session under an EAP or private insurance provider.
